10 November 2025 - Hartley Parish Council: District Plan
Parish council object to proposed sites HART4 (Ash Road), HART6 (Downs Valley).  No objection to HART2 (Brambledown), HART7 (Breaker's Yard).  They are in favour of large scale development at Pedham Place (option 2).

10 November 2025 - Hartley Parish Council: Land Sales by SDC
Parish council to submit Community Asset Transfer form for Caxton Close site, to pay full market value.  They reserve right to claim adverse possession.  Meeting of 8/12/25 has resolution to buy at the quoted price of £1,750.

After protracted negotiations both Hartley and Ash agree to sign the Warden Services Agreement with KCC.

Payments of £18,342 for November agreed.  This included £4,667 for a quarter year's grounds maintenance, and £560 for 3 weeks' routine maintenance contract.

13 November 2025 - Delays after crash in Ash Road, New Ash Green, near junction for Church Road
Accident occurred at about 5.45am.  It is understood no-one was seriously hurt and no other vehicles involved.

27 November 2025 - Channel 5 documentary A Killer Makes a Call on Sarah Wellgreen who went missing from New Ash Green in 2018
First in a new series featuring crimes where the person convicted of the murder actually was the one who raises the alarm.  Her friends hope that it will trigger a memory that may lead to finding her missing body.
