Ash Road
They will write to KCC to request new Hartley signs at both ends.

Buses
Southfleet Council has arranged a meeting with Arriva to concerns over bus services and have invited Hartley to attend

Cherry Trees
The landlord has repaired the bollards and the owner of 23 Cherry Trees has agreed to a "customer parking sign".

Church Road
Surface water run off from Northfield is causing flooding at The Poplars and Oak Lodge. This has occurred 6 times in 2008, and has increased since the land ceased to be used for farming. Committee to seek meeting with KCC highways.

They rejected a request for a footpath by the pond citing clearance and land ownership issues.

Springcroft
Only one negative response has been received to install 2 deep bore soakaways, apparently in the green verges.
