Greater Anglia and Southeastern Bottom of Train Satisfaction Survey A survey of 499 passengers by Which Magazine found only 40% satisfied with Southeastern Railways, the company which serves Longfield Station. In an interview with Metro Newspaper the company appeared to blame the wrong type of passengers, saying they have a lot of commuters going to work. Metro comments
"As excuses go for substandard rail journeys, it’s up there with blaming late arrivals on ‘slippery rain’ and the ‘wrong type of snow’."(
