Will of Jane Woodin of Hartley, widow (1850)
This is the last will and testament of Jane Wooden of Hartley in the county of Kent, widow.
I do give and bequeath all my monies in the public stocks or funds, and all that I may have in the Savings Bank of Dartford in the county of Kent, my household furniture, plate, linen, china and wool, and all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my natural son Henry Outram to and for his own use and benefit absolutely. And I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint the said Henry Outram of Hartley in the said county of Kent, executor of this my will.
In witness whereof I have hereto signed my name, this 9th day of November 1850.
Jane Wooden (X) her mark. Signed and declared by the said Jane Wooden as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us (who were both present at the same time) and who at her request and in her presence, and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names - William Whitton Allen, clerk, Sutton at Hone, Kent; William Bensted, Hartley Court, Kent.
